About Your Free Antivirus?
Dear Bit Defender Support Team,
How's things?,
I am just letting you know that many computer users before 2020 and after have said very positive comments in their reviews about your free antivirus and I hope they are not having me on after taking their word for it.The antivirus which I mainly used I was able to download and run infecited files and or programs and was then locked out completely after that ,and either had to reset or reinstall Windows 10 back in.I thought the first downloaded infected file was just a one off which I can explored it from start to finish was just a one off mistake my antivirus made by allowing it ,but then it happened again and I was in a much worse of spot than before.All I want is an antivirus that detects when I download an infected file and or after opening it and blocked it and made sure I couldn't explore any of it.I won't mention which free antivirus I used for my Windows 10 and if you want me to mention it in my next email to you I will gladly list it..I am giving your free antivirus a go to see what's the difference in the protection versus what I originally started with in my first free antivirus..I will let you know how your free antivirus handled my next nasty file or program that was infected which I downloaded by mistake and we can go from there..bye for now..
