Bitdefender Is A Contract!
WTH. I didn't want them to renewal my service and I have never agree for them to renewal my service without my permission. It's all automated. The My Account panel doesn't have have an option to cancel anything. Basically, Bitdefender is a contract for life. I don't want to recommend this product to anyone because of it. I have explain that I want cancel all my Bitdefender product reguardless of how many days left, and they can't even do that and just decided to open up a ticket, in which they didn't even give me a ticket number.
