VPN not working

My free VPN service has stopped working. It now just wants me to upgrade to the Premium service. I have not exceeded my daily limit as it hasn't been working for several days. I submitted a help desk ticket but have not received a reply. Has the free VPN been disabled?

Please be advised My Premium VPN Service has suddenly stopped working, Whe attempting to connect it states Error Code 2, attempts to trouble shoot have done Nothing to resolve this issue. PLEASE HELP! No sense having something that won't work!
