how do I stop bitdefender spamming my email and constantly advertising VPN on my desktop. Totally unsatisfied with this company

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. What I can assume is that you are receiving emails from bitdefender on constant basis and you need to get unsubscribe from their mailing list. If this is the case, then you will have to open any advertised email of bitdefender and at the bottom of the page you will see the unsubscribe option, which you will have to click and a new browser will open where either it will automatically unsubscribe you from further email advertisement or you will have to enter your email manually and save your preferences.
