I Tried Installing BD2009 But i get this error message ( An network Error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:\WINDOWS\Installer\bdav.msi


Can someone tell me what to do?? because after that it says rolling back action and tells me to restart but when i Do it tells me the same

    Hello WallyH,


    Download BitDefender removal tool here. Double click on it to run it choose uninstall. You will be asked to reboot please do so.


    If this don't solve the problem please do this: download microsoft installer cleanup. Install it,run the program afterwards and search for entries that have BitDefender in the name I mean BitDefender Antivirus 2009,BitDefender Internet Security 2009 or BitDefender Total Security 2009 if so select that entry and press on remove confirm the warning. Do that also for an entry that looks like this 12.X.XX.X (where each X stands for 1 number). Reboot your pc and try to install it again.
