I am trying to resolve some issues of crashes on my PC and I played around with setting the Windows Services related to BitDefender to Disabled. Now I want to set them back I don't know what the default settings were.
Any suggestions?
Nathan
I got you, you should do one thing. Any of the file service named under bitdefender should be set to enabled or automatic.
Secondly, open run command & type msconfig, press enter. Click on services, and tick on, hide all microsoft services. Now list will shorten up. Check the list (manufacturer column) and wherever bitdefender is written, enable/ tick that option and click on apply. Restart your PC.
This will by default start all your bitdefender services on next boot. If all the option are already tick, then you should go forward and restart your system.
For more information kindly contact bitdefender support at bitsy@bitdefender.com and they will reply back asap.

Hi Member,
The only way to restore the default settings would be to repair your bitdefender by reinstalling it, or manually going through each protection settings (basically the antivirus and firewall) and enabling all the options.

I am able to manually go through each Windows Service and re-enable them. But I just don't remember what they were originally. If you have BitDefender installed you could open Services from the start menu and let me know.
