False positive or source virus still at large in my Win7?
I suspected my Win7 PC was infected last night, so I installed Bitdefender Free this morning. I ran a scan. It found and blocked many threats that I deleted. I have since restarted the computer. But when i run BD, I still see many threats getting blocked and I delete them. I see boot up message in DOS that AV deleted file.
Is the block a false positive, or is the source of infection still in my computer?

1.) I still cannot setup Windows Security Center
2.) when I tried to open Internet Explorer I got a message that an unknown source wanted to change my home page. I said no an dit didn't load. But Chrome works well enough to get me to this form.
