How to force a policy update for parental control module on endpoint

I have a child trying to access a site that is blocked. I created a whitelist entry to permit the site in the parental control console.

How do I force the parental control agent on the endpoint to request a policy update? My child is in virtual class, and still cannot access the website despite whitelisting it.

I have even resorted to disabling web monitoring to try to get the parental agent to stop, however the policy update is not coming thru and the site is still blocked (not to mention, Bitdefender never mentions what category the site is in so that the category can be permitted).

My disillusionment of Bitdefender parental control software as a viable tool is growing significantly.
