Advanced Threat Defense is disabled

Hi guys, having trouble activating this in my laptop. Could not find any workaround in internet. Seeking advice from you all, please advice how to sort this out.

    same here - I've "enabled" it, logged off, logged back in. Bitdefender tells me there are no threats but I'm at risk because Advanced Threat Dection is turned off. How to fix?

    i have fixed it, send an email and they will help you sending a link to delete the app and another one to download it again and it will work perfectly without any problem
