I have a policy that is blocking "pornography websites". I noticed that wired.com is blocked which is not a pornography website. How can I eliminate false positives or figure out why websites that are non-****** are being blocked?

I just noticed it is blocking https://www.discover.com/ which is a banking website.

https://store.steampowered.com/ pictures are not loading from the website, it's only partially loaded. I have it in the exceptions list.
