Bitdefender and mouse problems

I am having an issue with my mouse acting oddly while having Bitdefender Internet Security installed. The mouse will not click or drag properly. Single clicking opens most folders and I don't have it set to single click. I removed Bitdefender and no problems. I am using Windows 10 pro and have all files updated. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
