Suspicious file showing up in scan but not registering as a virus

Hi, I am getting this long file name showing up in my scans for the first two scans and then it disappears. As soon as I do something else on my phone it reappears as another random long string of letters and numbers .file when I go back and scan. Then it disappears after two or three scans. Is this spyware?
