Backdoor Agent Ark. Need Help

I work on this computer and need it running asap. I run symantec antivirus and apparently that didn't catch it. It started when symantec would pop up and say that trojans where found and quarantined. Fine. Then it started happening about every hour. Same files. So now my comp is unworkable and frezes every 10 seconds. (took me 1/2 hr to get the HJT file.) I am a complete noob but it seems I should start with posting the HJT log.
