page blocked alert happened while i am not using my iphone

I am using web protection of BitDefender on Iphone. Sometimes, while i am not using my iPhone , a page blocked alert to track.mialtrack2.com shows up. I check the corresponding detail on BitDefender Central. The attack source is the public ip of my iphone. Does that mean some of the apps on my phone is compromised? If so, is there any way I an check which app cause these... Or should i wipe out the phone completely?
