Bitdefender keeps giving "suspicious web page detected" warnings despite not using a browser

I have scanned with Malwarebytes, ADW Cleaner, and HitManPro thinking there's something hiding somewhere, but I can't find it. Bitdefender will, probably 2 to 3 times a day, notify of many "suspicious web page detected" messages, all saying: "The webpage https://lstellingin.online/ has been detected as suspicious. Although the page is not blocked, it is not recommended to continue browsing this page."

I can't for the life of me figure it out. I'm beginning to think that maybe it's a chrome extension? Is there anyway to tell for sure?
