JS:Trojan.CacheFlow.C keeps up generating itself

Every time I open google chrome browser, a notification pops up something like " The file C:\Users\gmrxt\AppData\Local\Temp\3288_351941426\js\background\Media\FaceBook.js has been detected as infected. The threat has been successfully blocked, your device is safe." how is the trojan operating each time I open my browser? Why it's not permanently resolved or deleted?
