Can't remove infection

Hi, I did a virus scan on my Mac and found 11 variants of the JS.Heur.Morpheus on my computer. For each one it said "disinfect failed" and then "object failed to be moved to quarantine". I can only now reveal them in finder, no other option exists. Should I just select them and move to trash can? Would that solve the problem? Or is there something else I should consider?
