Getting What You Paid For

A few days ago, I purchased Bitdefender. Today I had to completely overhaul my computer, including completely reloading all my software from the ground up. But when it became time to reload the Bitdefender software I PAID FOR i FIND THERE IS NO WAY IN ###### TO RELOAD IT FROM THE WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Imagine my discontent, my outrage, my utter contempt at having being ripped off! I sent e-mails, I search high and low, but nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, there is no way to reload to reload the software THAT I PAID FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Just tell me I've been screwed. But I can assure you that the next virus software I buy will not be Bitdefender, the screwer.

What Do You Mean By Reloading BitDefender?You Must Be Having The Setup Of BitDefender Or The Cd From Where You Can Again Install It.

What is exactly your problem?

You can always download the latest installer of all BitDefender 2009 products:

For BitDefender Antivirus You need to click on the folder of your country or language. If you do that there you can download the pdf manual and BitDefender installer which is called bitdefender_antivirus_2008_32b.exe if you are using a 64 bit version of your operating system you need to open the x64 folder.
