my product detected as threatening app

1. My company product, named "ITCProOutlookAgent.exe"

detected as threatening application.

This product installed in our customer's computer

and he definitely informed about it.

How to add the exe to safe products?

You can try this as an temporary solution open BitDefender go to antivirus,shield,adjusted level,don't scan this path on all levels,add item browse to the installation folder of your product. You can only try this when your product is installed in a subfolder of program files. The best thing is that you make an a password protected archive of your application with this password "infected" (without the quotes) and attach that at your next post. After that the virus researchers will take a look and remove the detection.
