Online Backup

I upgraded from V10 to Total Security 2009 and my install said I do not have online backup?


Why not? How do I enable this?

    If you have a valid license key, it is compatible with the new version. All you have to do is to remove the old version (use the Uninstall tool), install the 2009 version, and register it with the same key.


    The key is only valid for the same product (BD Antivirus, BD Internet Security or BD Total Security).


    The only restriction is at the Total Security version. The 2008 licenses won't activate the Online Backup service. But the rest of the functions will work as normal.


    As for automatic renewals... please contact LiveAssistance (Customer Service). They can answer the questions about licensing and registration.
