need help please:
2 viruses came up on my pc when scanned:
BehavesLike:Trojan.FWDisable
Generic.Malware.Yd!dld!sp.7E3ED003
tried to delete them through the scan tool, but it came up as "No action was possible".
was surfing the web before and pc just shut itself off. now keep getting a win msg "Your computer in infected" "windows has detected spyware infection",
but when i click on msg nothing happens.
my computer is acting slow and having truble opening web windows and changing from one to another. didnt check for anything else yet.
what to do?
do i need to download a specific tool from BitDefender?
please help asap!
also tried to quarentine - wouldnt do it.
