How To Use Avis?

Is there a tutorial for AVIS? Like how to interpret the scan logs? It would be really helpful if we can do this ourselves. I know there are alot of tutorials for hijackthis.
Also i think there is a bug. when a threat is found and it prompts user for action, the 3 options are
