virus scan does not get rid of "Identified Viruses"

When I do my weekly virus scan I get the results when it is finished and it always shows that there is 24 "Identified Viruses".

It says in the report "Disinfection Failed" and "Move Failed". Most of the detected are "Bargain Buddy". How do I get these out of my system?

I was told by a friend to go to My Computer properties and check "Turn off System Restore" and then do a scan. I have done this and I get the sane results.

The scan log is stored in C:\ProgramData\BitDefender\Desktop\Profiles\Logs, in the folder of the scan type you ran,open it and copy the contents here.

a) Open the scanning log with a text editor (ex. notepad)

Select all text by pressing CTRL+A (or Right click -> Select All)

c) Press CTRL+C (or right click -> Copy)

You have to delete the installer. Go to start,my computer,double click on the icon of your hard disc,windows,system 32,there you must find funcade_VENDARE2_install.exe delete the installer. If you can't remove it disable the realtime protection of BitDefender by start BitDefender go antivirus, shield,uncheck realtime protection than try again. After that perform a deep scan. To do that go to antivirus,scanning,deep scan. I suggest that you also download superantispyware: http://downloads2.superantispyware.com/dow...AntiSpyware.exe Install it and update. Reboot your pc and press several times on the F8 button before the windows loading screen choose safe mode.(press enter to confirm) Start superantispyware and perform a complete scan.

Niels, thanks so much for your help, but unfortunately your suggestions did not work. I get the same results when I do a scan. I did find funcade and deleted it and I did download superantispyware.I did a scan with the spyware and it detected 75 threats, which I deleted or quarantined. I then did a full scan with Bit defender but it found the 24 identified viruses again. Have you any other suggestions? By the way I could not find the realtime protection as you mentioned.

Disable the Virus Shield(open the Bitdefender window: Antivirus->Shield and uncheck Real-time protection is enabled) and delete that instasller like Niels said.If you can't delete it, download Killbox from here and use it.

Hi, gerces. Did you see where BD detected that 24 malware? Because those malware could have been quarantied by SuperAntiSpyware and BD could have detected them inside SuperAntiSpyware's quarantine.

Sorry that I wasn't clear enough you must have started BitDefender first before you could follow my instructions to disable realtime protection.

You can use killbox but be very careful that you don't remove the entire system 32 folder. You have to double click on killbox,than press on the open folder icon,now navigate to C:,Windows,system 32,funcade_VENDARE2_install.exe after that check standard kill file after that press on the red circle with the white cross to delete that file or folder.

Did you post the entire scan report in your previous post? If not you can upload the scanreport to this website: http://www.verzend.be and add the downloadlink here. What Andrei said could also be true.
