How to solve hard drive DR0 infected with Defo.A

Hi There,

I got a trouble need yours suggestion.

System alarm usually reported the below message:

" The file \Device\Harddisk0\DR0 is infected with Defo.A. Bitdefender blocked this item, your device is safe.

Move file to quarantine"

How can I delete this virus or solve this problem? Because the infected alarm showed over 100 times every days.
