Scroll not working in Safepay

All of a sudden, the scrolling feature is not available in Safepay. I'm talking about using the scroll wheel on my mouse, which works fine on everything else on my computer, but doesn't on Safepay. It's a pain to have to go to the side bar and use the arrows. Why is this happening?
