I use Outlook and BD2009. After clicking on "Is Spam", the email disappers and there is no "Spam" folder that I can find? Where did the email go? It does not go to the Outlook deleted file.

Did you created other rules in outlook? Please go to the tools menu,(message) rules/warnings. What rules are there created? Do you have enabled outlook spam and phising filter? Check also the junk e-mail folder if the mails aren't stored there.
