How do I get support for Bitdefender GravityZone

From my GravityZone dash board I have requested support on an issue related to my NetMotion VPN software being blocked by the GravityZone firewall while on wifi. I got nothing. I tried twice. I decided to wait 24hr and still nothing. Now I am trying here and using https://www.bitdefender.com/support/contact-us.html?last_page=BusinessCategory

This may be the worst way to get support for a business customer I have ever had.
