Error -2019 when trying to update

We've got an employee trying to update her BitDefender and it's throwing error -2019 out. I've searched but I can't find anything on this error / any steps we'd take to solve it. Any help would be much appreciated

    We need more info about this - what OS are you using and version of Bitdefender. Did you contact the Support team? They would probably need some logs as well.
