Massive bug with new security update, causes File Explorer to crash
After this morning's security update patch (plugging that shadow volume exploit), the updated system now is very unstable.
 With the aforementioned file explorer crashes; see log excerpts at end, and more serious then that, Volume Shadow Copy Service is no longer a thing.
 Fix this!
