Our webpage used to be OK with bit defender, but suddenly it is being blocked.

Hello @AnttiVD and welcome to our Community!

I've just checked and Bitdefender detected cloud malware on that page, so there's definitely an issue there 🐞.

  • I agree with Mike, something just doesn't seem right with that webpage. But our engineers can have a closer look.

You can submit the form below, to report this detection to the Bitdefender Labs:

Once the analysis has been completed, we'll know for sure what's hiding in there.

    Stay safe.

  • wow. That is very odd. We have made the pages with our own team.. hmm. I fill the form!

  • Once we establish everything is fine with the pages in question, they can be marked as safe and you should no longer encounter the blocking.

  • Uh-oh...same warning here, unfortunately:

What if you replicate the modifications made to the PHP code for virtual-dawn?

  • The problem went away by turning off "Enforce SSL" setting. Do you know why it results to being flagged a dangerous site?

  • I'm glad the fix was quick. Regarding the ssl enforce, I'll try and talk with someone from the tech team.

Did turning off cause any issue?

    Cheers,

  • It did not! But yeah, it would be OK to know the reason for the future reference.. since we start to rely a lot on our website as a place to control our products etc. So we want to be aware if we can make some issues in the future by accident :D
