Vsser.exe Is Unvailable!bitdefender Services Are Not Responding!

hi all!!

Before i desire to use because it's the topest anti-virus software!!!then i done it.but now ...........

why my bitdefender internet security run on my vista u computer(even on my vista sp3!!!!) always says:bitdefender services are not responding? the pic. bellow.

is this the topest anti-virus software???

then i want to search a well-done solution for it !!but i cant find any normal solution !!!!

why???

please help!!!i think a large number of people are sufferring from this problem!!!

it's the time for bitdefender to action!

i wish this is the last topic on this problem!!

Hi...i'm also experiencing problem with myBD services not responding...... I've seen as many solutions to uninstall it and then reinstalling but to no avail... My system is XP with SP3 and i have unintalled and reinstalled it 4 times over the past week. this is really frustrating..... WHo do i contact for a fix... I wish to remain a BD user as i have used the top 3 antivirus posted by http://anti-virus-software-review.toptenreviews.com/ including NOD32 and Ksapersky..... so far i would say that BD is the best at antivirus and its GUI but its handsdown the most unstable product to date i have used...

Hey thanks for responding dude but i dont think that could be the problem as it sort of goes grey at random periods. however i'm using registry mechanic. Do u think that might be the problem?
