Infected by 2 viruses

Hi,


I recently discovered that my computer is infected by 2 viruses


-trojan.downloader.small.aaad


-trojan.clagger.ao


Both are located in e-mails (I use thunderbird). The first is located in :/Documents and Setting/Administrator/Application Data/Thunderbird application/Profiles/nv.../Mail/Local folder/Inbox; The second in :/Documents and Setting/Administrator/Application Data/Thunderbird application/Profiles/nv.../Mail/Local folder/Trash. This is certainly the reason why I cannot delete mails anymore...


The problem is that bitdefenders tells me it can either desinfect nor remove the virus. What can I do? Can somebody help me? I run antispyware but the viruses are still there, with the same menssage that they can neither desinfect nor remove it.

    Temporarly deactivate BD real-time protection and delete those files manually.
