Email links don't work

Have received email with authorisation code for VPN (purchased) but the 'download' and 'contact us' links on the email itself don't work. They just appear to be text.

    I have noticed you have already redeemed your Premium VPN activation code in the Central account.

    In regards to the confirmation e-mail, could you please reply with a screenshot of this, so that I can report the situation to our tehnicians? We need to find the root cause and determine if this is an isolated incident or if it can affect other users as well.

  • Hello, is there already a solution to this problem?

    As before, emails containing links such as "mailto:xyz@xyz.com" are blocked as malware.

    This should be fixed urgently please.

    Are those e-mails sent on behalf of Bitdefender? Do you encounter this with all e-mails arriving in your inbox, or just with specific ones? All the incoming e-mails that contain a link are blocked?

    I am not quite sure what the situation is and we would require further details to advise.
