Solved:

Solution over the above problem.

Just click on the right side tray of icons if you are using windows. and right click on above the "Bitdefender icon" and select "about" then a windows of Bitdefender product information will open and now you need to open "Bitdefender" from desktop icon, and thus problem has been resolved.
