Contextual Scanning Not Enabled

I cannot do a contextual scan, as there are no right-click options within Windows. Screenshots included.

Meanwhile...I have suspended downloading anything at all because I cannot scan a file when the download completes (without scanning the entire drive). I have already been instructed to re-install BitDefender, and have done so completely 4 times since this problem occured, nothing changes. I have no other antivirus programs, firewalls, etc. running. Relevant suggestions very welcome
