About the inheritance for rule configurations of Windows Defender Firewall

Shortly before, I installed a Bitdefender Internet Security for a trial to know whether the product would meet my requirements. I think the product inherits Windows Defender Firewall filtering settings for inbound and outbound that I pre-configure. I cannot find the menu to navigate to the configuration contents. Does the application UI windows provide its functional button?

My question is based on customized configurations from what I create through the Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security node, and "netsh advfirewall firewall set..." on cmd.exe. Once in a while I reedit them depending on hacker's attack vectors. So I want to view a whole list in order to reedit them when needed, in what I configure firewall filtering policy.

Hope you understand my concern.

My PC built-up myself installed Windows 10 Home 64-bit Version:21H2, Build:19044.1526 has just recovered from a critical remote/internal attack on February 28, 2022 which fall into unable to log on UEFI BIOS settings—only the motherboard power on was available. It took me a whole day to fix this complex issue.

Here comes other issues again on the morning of March 1.

I am suffering that 2 entries of “Folder view advanced settings (Explorer)” are malfunction due to a "Denial of Service" right after upgrading to version 21H2 from 2019 and follow to install monthly Security Updates for December 2021 - February 2022 by offline '*.msu' install files. "Hidenfiles and folders" and "Show protected operating system files" are unmarkable because the entries are locked up!

As a remedy, I attempt to fix their resource on the system Registry.

However, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced ... "ShowSuperHidden" value was 0. So I reset it '1' to show "Protected Operating System files" set. However an error pop up that say "Unable to edit "ShowSuperHiden". An error occur while editing! This entry has been locked up with the access permission-- could not even edit it with admin account.

I have been using Windows 10 Home 64-bit USB 3.0 package properly in line with the Software License Agreement. Since 2005, I have been suffering computer operating system (Macintosh OS, Windows 7, 10 and Ubuntu, etc.) anomaly has mainly two scenario-- remotely attacks through TCP/IP open ports and OS updates. As a matter of course, all security related software cannot protect exceptional issues.

Can someone shed a hopeful light on me?
