I cannot install Bitdefender on other device

I have family Pack , sent invitation to other device ,when other device install Bitdefender from the invitation , Bitdefender ask for sign in and do not get the benefit of family Pack.

Kindly let me know if you have followed the steps described in the article below:

You can also access the Central account where the Family Pack subscription is active, from the device you wish to protect, if accessible, and from the My Devices panel, click on + Install Bitdefender products on your devices and select This device.
