BD not working in Outlook 365

BD plugin was working fine until around a week ago. I have checked the plugin isn't blocked etc but it still doesn't even offer it as an option as it did before. Any suggestions for things I can check?

I use a lot of Outlook from Office 365 and I'm not going on any problem!

 Is your outlook updated?

I would try a quick repair of outlook

Thanks for the reply. I did all that I could with Outlook, including reloading it. Eventually the advice from BD was to uninstall BD and reinstall it which has fixed the problem.
