my windows 7 64bit laptop bitdefender not install please siruolve the problem i have purchesed 3 yeras package but the antivirus not install my windows 7 64bit.

Available free hard disk space: 2.5 GB free space

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:

Internet Explorer version 11

Then, it is important to know what error message is being received during the process, as there can be several potential reasons behind a failed installation. For example, if you receive the error "Downloading one of the installation files failed", I would advise to make sure that an Internet connection is available and try again. If the installation does not start at all, log on the computer using an Administrator account, then try again to install Bitdefender. Also, please check for other security solutions and uninstall them. Then restart your computer and try again to install Bitdefender.
