This cannot be set manually! Absolutely all your PC's partitions are scanned, if certain exceptions are not set.

Just like @Math_Matei said, that can't be done when running Quick scan.
You can do that only by creating Custom scan, by following these steps: go to Protection, open Antivirus, go to Scans and click on "+ Custom Scan". In the next window you can select which drive to be scanned.
