Bit Defender 9 Cannot Remove

I have Windows XP Home and my internet provider will let me use another antivirus for free.


It says to remove Bit Defender 9 Antispyware first. I tried but get a message that says #2753 cannot remove. I downloaded Bit Defender removal tool but it gave me the same message.


Help!
