How do I do an uninstall of BD Total Security and reinstall later same machine without losing instal

Hey y'all-

I would like to uninstall Bitdefender Total Security and would like to reinstall a couple days later to do some troubleshooting. However, I have the 5 install version and don't want to lose another one of them. I'm an old guy now 8). There used to be ways to uninstall software and preserve the install count. TIA barryzee

Hello.

Uninstall the Bitdefender Total Security program using the Uninstall Tool:

It will completely remove the program.

Next, install Bitdefender Total Security on your PC/laptop, by following these steps (click on How to install Bitdefender on Windows):
