Iam used win 7 and i got bitdefender internet scurity 2013 with key but key doesnt work ? Ples help me i have two bitdefender key?

Are you sure about the date, 2013? The keys and the way the license keys work today have changed since then.

Even though back then a key wouldn't start counting down until you used it, that too has changed to when you buy the subscription the countdown days start.

Too much time and too many changes have been made since then, that I would advise you to buy a new subscription, as again, that type of key is obsolete in the way Bitdefender now works.

We would have to check the keys to find out for what products they were issued and identify the source. Of course, as Scott mentioned, the Bitdefender portfolio has changed drastically since 2013 and such codes are no longer compatible with the current Central account and subscription model. However, if the codes are unused, the Support Teams may advise if their validity can be recovered, if a similar product from our current lineup can replace them.
