heloowww.. pliss help.. i open my windows this morning and i cannot change my antivirus protection level. why?


i've try to change at the toolbar but its amazingly only "default" words that available there.. the custom level and difault level buttons is not available to click.. and i lost my ability to choose the level.. i donno why


and my bitdefender is disabled.
