1 Issue Requires Your Attention

Hi,

The auto updates have now suddenly stopped working. When i try to manually update, it reaches 100% but BD won't recognise the "fix"

I have 2 computers on a home network...one xpsp3 and one vista home.

Both are affected in the same way.

I have had numerous problems with this program from day one... this is just another one.

Please help, thanks in advance.

I am in the same boat: I have 5 PCs with exact the same problem since Nov 01, 2008.

I guess the problem is BitDefender server update: it is down.

My problem is even worst because Windows (XP Pro SP3) is reminding me over and over that I am not protected and I need update my antivirus or install another one.

What I recomend is just way until BitDefender fix it.

Now if you want not to be bothered with it just uncheck "monitor" the "update older than 1 day" on the screen you get when click the red exclamation mark: "update critical warning".

Do not forget put everithing back once BitDefender fix their server.
