Can't Register 3 Remain Devices. Any Suggestions?

Hello

We have bought Bitdefender security for 5 devices.

Unfortunately, We can't register 3 remain devices.

Please let me know what must I do?

    After checking your Central account associated with the e-mail address registered on the forum, I have noticed that the activation code of the new purchase has not yet been activated here yet. There was a Total Security trial that expired in September. Do you have a second Central account ? Have you already redeemed the activation code? Have you already installed the solution on one of the devices? What message do you receive when trying to install protection on other devices?

    Further information is required to troubleshoot this and you can also PM me the activation code and Central email address and I will do my best to help.
