When CyberGhost VPN is enabled, your antivirus does not want to be updated.
CyberGhost uses the wireguard protocol.

A VPN connection may indeed affect the update. This happens for several reasons, including DNS servers, but also connections to servers where Bitdefender does not offer updates anymore.
My recommendation would be to pause the VPN connection in order to allow the update to be successfully processed. You can update the antivirus by right-clicking on the Bitdefender icon located in the systray.
