I loose my firewall profile after any update....

Hello everybody,

because I've not received an answer in the german part of this forum, why not trying it here.

I have installed BD Internetsecurity 10 since Satureday on WinXP/SP2. It's running quite well

with one exaption:

I'm loosing the complete firewall profile with all my manualy added rules on any update... <img class= " />

Where can I save a copy of my profile???? Because the pull down menue during reseting the

profile is always emty!!!!

Is this the normal case???????

If anyone has an idea, please help me......

Could you add the solution in English, as well? I'm having a similar problem. I keep losing my profile every time I reboot. The pull-down menu is always empty on mine, as well. I'm not sure if this is related to when I update, or only when I reboot. I've tried emailing tech support, but haven't received a response yet. I'm running Windows XP Media Center SP2, Pentium 4, 2.8 GHz, 1GB RAM.

You can save profiles by doing this : start BitDefender go to general,settings,choose save all settings make a folder and save it. To load it again you have to press on load all settings browse to the folder where you saved the settings.
