Antivirus Scan And Anitspam Not Working!
Your BDAgent.exe vanished and kicked out of my PC system by hldrrr.exe and mdelk.exe (both size 607k) at C:\Windows\System32\. It was not detected by your BTS 2009 because there was no prompting to warn me. These two virus file is not listed in the virus whitelist! The BTS 2009 is not very good for realtime Anti-virus scan and antiphishing. The Bitdefender Toolbar always missing from Vista IE 8 and Outlook does not spam any email. All these are for showroom glass-display and cannot be functional!!!
The said infected viruses was from a fake video file (which was a clean downloaded by BTS 2009). While the video file did not completed the downloading from program Emule 0.49b and in the middle of downloading there was a sudden and hidden attack to "kill" and remove BTS icon at Vista Windows TaskBar. Then the BDAgent.exe was not in the Task Manager. I began a serach for all file with extension *.exe and found them as hldrrr.exe and mdelk.exe. Later I have removed them successfully from a bootable linux CD at dos-mode.
Please explain why the BTS 2008 did not detect and was kicked by hldrrr.exe and mdelk.exe! There is no new update signatures to remove viruses hldrrr.ee and mdelk.exe

More Viruses NOT Detected!!!
I have used emule files downloading but BTS 2009 did not detected any malware or virus file! Why?. I do not know that there maybe more than one virus file that had infected my harddisk (HDD). My HDD's two partitions were shown damaged because the files and folders are not readable or to write. After booting it show black screen and freeze there. Then I put it as a second HDD and boot from my 1st HDD without any problems. Again, I cannot read files or folders in my second HDD and it freeze my windows explorer except my first HDD.
I also boot in safe mode, but it cannot read the infected second HDD! I need your professional advice as to how to clean and kill the malware or virus unknown. I am able to read the folders and files with Active@Boot 3.0 ver 1.03 with boot CD (beside I also use Boot-it-Next Generation BING to investigate). At here there is an utility for windows explorer which I was able to see the infected second HDD folders and files. Then I tried to copy some files from the second HDD to my first HDD without success and it prompted me that there was virus and I cannot continue.
I confirmed that the unknown virus affected my two partitions because the folders and files cannot be read from the first HDD due to all the causes from BTS 2009! Also Bitdefender do not have any anti-root virus detection at windows mode!0
