Once the files are IN the Recycle Bin, it is past Bittdefender's File shredder ability to shred them inside of the Recycle Bin; it would have to be done by right-clicking the Recycle Bin desktop shortcut and shredding them from there.

You will then get this pop-up. Understand, that when File Shredder sheds a file, no matter from what location, Documents, Desktop etc., it will be deleted permanently from your hard drive with no option to restore it, thus you will get a pop-up of that reminder.
